Lo Marrise I bought a large jar of coconut butter because it was on offer, it does smell rather strong of coconuts so I rub it on my feet and it does make them feel smooth.

i love raw coconut but it is a bit hard on the crowns. So sometimes I have coconut mushrooms. I do hope you can manage the journey, be careful, I don't know if you get snow, allow yourself plenty of time to get to work. It has been nice reading you at times and sharing in your little adventures. The force be with you.

Glad you are still able to stop in. And I think I too have read and heard about the benefits of coconuts and their oils. Sometimes the simplest things in nature can do wonders for us humans. I hope your publishing goes smoothly . . .
