                my mother in law made me a mixture of cardamon and cinnamon...i will ask if there is anything else in it...it helped my chronic cough...sorry to hear you are not feeling great

                I am so sorry you are not well...  That cough can be really terrible... It will pass I am sure though...Just try to stay warm and listen to the advice about covering your mauth and nose with a scarf,,, the cold air is the worse for wooping cough.   I will keep you in my prayers my friend  xoxoxo.

                Make sure to wear a warm scarf around your neck when you go out and pull it up over your mouth if it is cold or windy. I am really worried about you as your family must also be.
