The key for him is to focus on his job and himself. Let it not bother or concern him what others are doing or receiving. Once a focus on others occur, a lack of attention to own work and the desires to do and be like others sets in which is NEVER good. Redirect him when he starts to talk about what others do and how they do.

Perhaps they had another job lined up, or they fell into a hole. I am happy to know your son has work as jobs are hard to find, and it is only going to get worse.

I highly doubt that there are too many people out there who can simply walk away from any type of employment, whether they are rich or not! For most people today, getting a job . . . any job . . . is half the battle! I think things will get worse before they get better . . .

Can we hop away LL.There does seem to be a lot of don't want to workers around. Your son has the right idea and not many are keen on taking on folk who keep swapping around or are out of work for long periods. I know a man he left his job he stuck his second job for one day, his third for a week and the went back to his first job still unhappy i expect.

Oh, yes, it is very difficult to find a good job...I remember an employee of my father giving me the advice, "Don't ever quit a job until you have something lined up."
