Yes take care Jay It seems to be getting worse although these muscular pains do take a long time to mend. It must be painful to stop you writing, but I know the feeling.

You are so talented... I do love reading your poems. Sometimes, when I am done reding you I realize my eyes are full of tears... and its that rawness in your words... the way you have to present your thoughts almost as if you had just ripped them off your soul.... still drenched with that undifinable quality that make us human.
