That's always a feel-good type of story. Thnigs happen for a reason. If you had not altered your routine, someone else may have found that wallet instead, and they may or may not have been as thoughtful and honest as you were. I know how the cosmos works! If you had decided to keep that wallet and play dumb when that man came in, something very, very bad would probably have happened to you! Always strive to keep your karma clean . . .

It does feel great doesn't it? I've lost my wallet at least a couple of times and it sucks. So helping someone out in that circumstance is truly rewarding in and of itself

Having found wallets at the car washes, I, too, know how great it feels to help someone in such a way. This entry makes me feel good inside.

I wish he had given you twenty dollars though, honesty deserved to be rewarded. I know you could not sit there and deny him his property, all the same, he was lucky to encounter such a honest person.
