Although I do prefer the cold to the heat, for some reason I don't think I'm quite ready for Old Man Winter to start blowin' into town anytime soon! I'm actually beginning to feel it in my bones! Soup for dinner tonight . . .

Baisy is just utterly adorable! What a beautiful little girl! And while she and you are obviously ready for winter, I am not - I am klinging to the last vestiges of 'late summer' - I'll start calling it 'fall' a couple of days before Christmas...

Baisy is no longer a baby but a most beautiful little girl. A lady needs to know how to choose a hat and this little one does; I bet she got that from greatgrandmama Betty. Hope you are having fun getting ready for the big Winter blow in on Thanksgiving... I have done my last one as far as cooking goes last year.

Baisy is so adorable in anything that she is doing or wearing. I feel as though she is our little blogit girlie babe.

Baisy's adorable in that hat, almost makes winter appealing...
Something about kids and snow that spells fun.

And people say they don't look good in hats!
Anyone, but especially Marianna looks wonderful in that one! And while it's not a chicken hat, I can visualize you in yours, too!
(the first hat and pouch have sold at the yarn shop downtown, which continues to encourage me to bring more things in. I have enough baskets now, to fill a basket, so they will go in next Wednesday.)
I wish you the coziest and happiest of winters!
