Son #3 lives at the edge of town. He has lots of trees on his property which takes lots of clean up. He built himself a big cement firepit at the back of his property and has huge bonfires at times for all of the fallen limbs and scraps from his building projects. This poem made me think of sitting on his deck last year about this time and enjoying one of his burnings.

We save our bean canes for next year Jay. I did however feel the warmth of the poem.
