we don't have trick or treaters at my end of the street...not much lighting and the houses are set back

The area I live in is a pop of 40k+ and as soon as one place closes up a new one takes it place. There are a lot of resturants going up here too. I was amazed when I saw more places here than we had from the place I moved from of a pop of over 200k
