I do believe that problems usually tend to get worked out one way or the other, some longer than others,..I love all the music in this post especially all the oldies, the platters are one of my favorites.

One has to assess what one is doing Bill, food kitchens are opening here and folk live in fear of a cold Winter. Yet house prices rise daily, there is an imbalance and I guess there always will be.
