It's great to hear from you and that you're well! And losing fifty pounds is a HUGE success - I'm struggling to lose twenty, and it's an up-and-down battle, LOL...
And I do share your concerns about what's happening in your country, though I confine my remarks to commenting on the W.H. amateur's (according to Bill Clinton) disastrous foreign policy...
