It's a lovely, poetic thought, and makes just about as much sense as any other ideas about creationism . . .

JRR Tolkien's SILMARILLION
begins with the Creation, and he, too, expressed it as a great Music. It's also a lovely Creation myth, and I have to wonder now if he knew the Australian myths, or of them.
And yes, it makes sense... vibrations may be perceived as visual, or shifted a few 'octaves' to be heard as sound. It's all energy.

It's possible.
This idea that creation stems from music is comforting. I wonder if that could explain why elderly people, nursing home residents, who have forgotten much of their lives still wake up and sing all the words to the old songs when a piano player puts out the old standards at the nursing home. Repeating the old songs, thinking the old world into existence for one more hour - it's possible.

The dream songs gave comfort obviously and that is probably what man always seeks deep down. Liked this Naut but you have put me off of turtle soup for life as we see it floating.

I think it is wonderful that when God spake the world into existence (in probably the most melodious voice inconceivable to man), he gave to human beings a curiosity that will never be sated. We will always search, inquire, explore, investigate, observe, because we cannot help ourselves....and that is good.

The stories of the dream time are really beautiful and the dances(Corroboree) relate the stories too.
