Sometimes being a jerk is the right thing to do. Wonderful poem! And I wish you all the best on your recovery.
Be renewed!

Yes, I have my family and my counselor at the clinic, and those in my group I can call. It will only last for a week or so and then I can start to think about cutting some more. You are such a good man and I think of your strength often...It helps.

Here is to hoping that you feel better...You do a great job at conveying how the speaker of the poem feels.

It is a lousy feeling Jay. I guess you know you have to do it though.
The body relies on your will power to cleanse the illness.
To go back now would not be a good idea.
I would see if there is other help available to help through this
wretched time.
