Pat
Is there something in the air? I've had no 'events', no 'conflicts', nothing...but it's been one of those awful 'nothing' days for me - I didn't even spend more then ten minutes at Blogit...

It hurts...every once in a while, just when I think that I am coping with the loss of son #2 and his family, something reminds me and it is like a tight pain across my chest and the wound is as raw as ever.
Same for our Wiley and with him being so unwell for so long, it is unbeleivable that not one of them came to call this Summer...But you are not invisible. We love you muchly

Is it a full, moon Pat? I am quite sure it can make folk feel queasy. The magnetic pull so it is said. Perhaps you have been overdoing it a bit? I would just take it easy and not worry if you possibly can. That sounds funny but you know what I mean. Not only that a lot of folk get the Autumn Blues. Hope you have had your flue jab, we are getting one for shingles as well this year eventually.

You know, I kind of like being invisible. I love a beautiful day when no one calls, no one drops by, no one wants me to go anywhere. I do, though, want to be kept up on any family news or needs--email is fine for that unless it should be an emergency.

As a P.S. to this post, got a call from my son a minute or so ago.
He went to the granddaughter's birthday after all (good for him) but his sweetie had been given the cold shoulder by his daughter on a previous visit, so he went on his own. I guess it's natural for the daughter to be snotty to her mom's "replacement" but it's been six or seven years for Pete's sake.

This is one of the problems with Facebook:
People assume that you check in every day, several times a day, and know all the things they want you to know. In fact, if someone needs you to know something, they should call, and make sure you know. But they don't. They assume.
Cheer up, the sun is shining above the clouds, and always will be, while the clouds come and go.
