I wonder, too, if those governments companies make mistakes in order for the post office not to deliver their mail to the people in order to get higher fees and to take one's belongings...

I am so sorry you are going through all of that. I hope the worst is over for you. Why was the money frozen? I am just curious to know. It sounds like it was a terrible ordeal.
