As long as you do something LLM , I have been trying to lift an half hundred weight with one finger I could ten years ago but sadly it takes two fingers now, I will persevere.

i enjoy playing bowling on there...golf is hard though

That is fun, isn't it.  Son #3 has wii bowling and we do it together now and then.  Also, I have a set of two-or three-pound weights.  I use them in my chair while watching tv to keep my shoulders, arms and neck flexible.

I too need to be more mobile

My body feels old and tired, and the coming winter just seems to make it feel worse.  This is a good time to fight off those feelings and get active.  Thanks for the reminder

bowling is fun and one can get so into palying that one forgets how much exercise she is getting. Good for you. keep on with the fun
