My laptop got a virus a couple of yrs ago and I had an antivirus, but was told that they just can't catch them all because there are so many new ones coming. So I had them do a special virus removal cost me 89.00 but as better than buying a new one at the time. You can call your antivirus company and see what they can do, they did mine from home all I had to do was follow their directions.

5 years....ouch ours are about 3 years now nearly and I have only just got used to the thing. LOL. Patience dear and just nurse the old girl along until you can replace it.

Well LLM do have a look at some sites that test laptops, plenty around, we look at
'Which' but you may not be able to get on there. I think the main thing is to get a decent screen and a long battery life. Good luck anyway.

hi llm, i've been having slow downs on my computer... argh, frustrating... i may have to stop blogging altogether and just use my word processor as it doesn't get all caught up in whatever virus is happening on my system... i just got my computer in may so i'm not ready for a new one... oh well, God will make a way... praying for yah... swordfingers
