Even if I'm a day late reading this (was busy with Thanksgiving), it's truly inspirational! BTW, I was once told cast iron pans are best for making crepes - I gotta investigate that further...

I was at my Sis's yesterday nibbling on her spread of various and sundry appetizers and in our talk I was trying to describe friend Ciel, because you two seem to have similar tastes and interests in life, and you remind me of each other. I never once mentioned crepes. I'll have to do that.
