What a brave doggy I would not hesitate to follow in his dogsteps carrying a bag of coyote treats. Did you say Jaguars? No it did not mention them. Good post Naut,

OMG!! I laughed all the way through that post!!! Great one! Made my day! And I like your dog so cute! We have a huge Lab that lays on the couch with the pillow under his head just the same way! Like he thinks he's human! :-)

What a fun post. I love the picture in my mind of you appearing large and aggressive and making loud noises. I also love that pic of Ben sitting under the sign. hahahaha

Yeah, he looks pooped, but comfortable! And you actually came across a cougar? Remember, cougar has two meanings these days . . .

Did Ben point out the sign to you, Naut? He is a looker, that's
for sure... What a great walking trail - if blueberries or blackberries grow along it, snacks for the weary walkers, that would be even greater. Unless, of course .... bears.

We have a red fox in the neighborhood, and every once in a while a mule deer runs through. I would like to walk that trail, I am sure I could find some old wood there I could carve into something. Did I tell you that we inherited my sisters dog. It is a Shepard mix, pure white with blue eyes so I suppose perhaps a malamute was the dogie in the wood pile. She is 14 years old and deaf but sweet and loving. Great pics today Naut, Ben is a real friend and the camera loves him.
