Clarification
However, if you are referring to the blog itself rather than New Posts, all posts do appear in the blog. The posts are shown in sequence, with the newest one first.

Yes
Each blog, or online column, only appears once in New Posts. An excerpt from the blog's last post appears after the blog's name.
