This kinda reminds me of people who swear by bottled water, although it's been proven time and time again that tap water is perfectly fine! Washing your hands with any soap is better than nothing . . .

LOL @ Naut's comment! My tenant, who has been ding most of the cleaning here, is a huge fan of vinegar and javel - looks like I'm safe!

I know alcohol destroys bacteria! That's the only reason I drink martinis and scotch and wine and beer and vodka and all the other good stuff...

A marvelous blog, especially for an old mechanic who hada hard time keeping hands clean, We used Snap, which was rough like sand.LOL

Yes I expect most give just a quick swish with treated soap and then think that's it for today. Of course if one has OCD one washes until crinkly.

when I was Nursing...Oh don't you just love retired anybody LOL....anyway, we used to do a three minute scrub of our hands with soap and water before starting procedures, like wound care with our patients.
