Greed, like poverty, will always be with us: it is the animal part of us grabbing all the best bits, not wanting to share, fearful of getting less, of starving... Fearful of getting the worst bits, therefore being judged the least valuable in the community, and finally, starving for contact and connection.
But because we are not just animal, we can choose to be less greedy, to give rather than take, to feed and nurture others... to put our energy into loving rather than fearing. While there is a lot of greed, and a lot of fear, there is also generosity and love in the world.
Which one thrives depends on which one we feed.

blue helmet? Possibly you mean my wizard hat... That one is very, very warm.
There may be a copy of the poem on my previous laptop which still runs, given a chance, though after 20 minutes you could cook an egg on the left side of the keyboard. Hard copy is always a good idea.

It's very aggravating not being able to open your own files! I have for some time now made it a habit of backing up everything on a separate hard drive (not in my computer) and I think that should allow me to have access to all my stuff...
And, as always, great pictures...

I always print a copy if I remember Ciel. Those were smart shots of the squirrel. Wow those hats, I suppose you wear a different one each day, I was rather impressed with the blue helmet.

and that squirrel is part of the scene too...very much at home bless it's little heart. A fixture for the Winter. You need a big bag of nuts as I do for winter feeding.
