Well, like you wrote, I suppose almost any company goes through similar situations and experiences. But from what I've learned over the years, I believe that almost every consumer of almost any product or service appreciates, above all else, some good ol' honesty! Sometimes you just don't know the answer. Sometimes the "problem" is unfixable. Sometimes another, possibly rival company, has better solutions or better products. Forget drowning in the ocean just to prove a point! Throw a life preserver out there already . . .

It's the old problem: when the number of cases increases beyond your capacity to handle them, you can no longer deal adequately with each individual case. 'Quantity' swamps 'quality', and management strives to maintain the fiction that everything is great...

Sounds like most of today's big business problems that they are trying to solve in a progressive manner...It can't work and only time will tell them so.

Here is to hoping that the work situation improves...I have seen that many a time where management blames the employees and customers are not honestly dealt with.

I'm so sorry to bring back bad memories. I hope they fade quickly. Retirement! I hope I can get there. It won't happen where I'm at now, but I'm looking where I can.
If you know anyone super rich people who want a personal tech let me know :).
Be well,

This made me feel like I was no longer retired but right back at work again. I'm afraid I will be having nightmares tonight. I've been retired for ten years, but whenever I happen to have a nightmare, I'm back at work trying to deal with those kind of problems with no solution...no solution....no solution.

Thank you for this Post. Very insightful...I know from my own experience that help that is non help may get you out the door but reflecting sets in and one knows that they were white washed and nothing was really done, Just money taken and a hand pat. One starts shopping around.
