the thing to remember is to do your writing when your in that zone and if it takes a couple of hours then make those couple of hours when you do meditating and what not since meditating is great for stimulating the creative juices...good luck and i am so happy for you!

Is stressfull at times yes, but so rewarding when you can work in your jammies, no gas to purchase, no extra on lunches, clothes or all that stuff you need when you work away from home...

Stress seems to be a major part of any way we choose to earn a living.  At least, it always was for me no matter what I was doing.  I'm sure you will get it under control.

I know where you're at. I found the work at home transition difficult by times, still do. But faced with the alternative, I'd rather keep trying from home.

I always think of a couple of old cliches that are true in times like these...

No gain without pain ...and if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well.

I guess this is the way it is for you. The Yoga and running sound like great pent up anxiety releases...Blogging too can help.
