well if the homeless live there I hope they have blankets and coats as I am sure it wont be long and it will be quit cold

A bit of a strange segue there, talking about the beautiful leaves and Fall colors, and then referring to homeless people being amongst them. I try not to think about such things. And I for one always carry a small notebook with me! You never know when an idea will come, or a wind of inspiration, that I know I'll forget later if I don't jot it down! I can't begin to tell you how many thoughts I've lost over the years because I didn't write them down . . .

The thing about keeping a journal on Blogit...
It's easy to copy and paste entries into a file that lives on your own computer and not in Blogit's cloud. I sometimes go back and look at old posts to refresh my memory. Those green trees with the yellow crowns are so fresh and gorgeous, makes me want to get out and walk by them.

having a notebook on hand = a good idea
I can't count how many ideas I've let slip away over the years because I didn't take time to write them down. Of course if I could, I'd probably remember them :)>

A beautiful, informative and lovely post. I wish I could write on my feet the way you do. I can't journal but once I could keep memories a long time, not any more. This was great.

I wonder how many things to write I forgot because I did not write them down...I remember Paul McCartney once saying that if the Beatles forgot a song that they were working on, they figured it wasn't any good anyway.

I love trees, and I especialy love them in the fall with their array of colors. A great picture. If I was homeless, I'd try to find a place like this...and near a dumpster too.
