Pat . Once he quarreled with a woman in a pub and sat by the door of the toilet so she would have to say excuse me every time she needed to use the facilty.

Re: Kabu

Kabu does your leg hurt. No. Well you can have this ache as well. I'll give you a quick spiritual massage. Keep still , beaming it over.

Re: Jimmy

Well one pays ones money and hopes to get what it says on the ticket. Perhaps most folk are a bit too timid when it is otherwise.

Re: Adnohr

Goodness Adnohr I shall pay doggies more attention in future. Yes Archie loves a little skirmish especially if he comes of best.

A beautiful flower today CCT.

CCT

First of all, what kind of amazing flower is that? The yellow bits inside (that's the stamen, ain't it?) looks like bits of grated cheddar...'Archie and the ticket-Nazi' has a certain ring to it and offers possibilities for further development, and so does the puddle poem...

That was a lot of excitement there for Archie. Good for him for standing up for himself...I never thought about a female conductor being a conductress...I like the tone with which the speaker of the poem speaks.

CCT...sounds like that conductress

has let what little power she has go to her head...I can remember my bus riding days many moons ago, getting an occasional driver just like her....

I like Ciel's comment. I think Archie was quite happy about the event; gave him something to think about for sure. If the doggie growled at you, you can be sure the mistress was growling inside too.

That is as beautiful a flower as one can want...just lovely. And poor Archie...he is always in trouble, does he go looking for it ...Oh don't mind me, My back hurts.

I guess certain people get either dilusions of grandeur, or a feeling of intense power, when they put on a uniform of some type. I guess she wasn't really used to people getting in her face like that! Good for Archie for standing his ground . . .

People are peculiar, and the tram tramp was decidedly odd...

Archie came across her on the one morning she forgot to take her chill pill.  I trust the next time he rides, he will observe protocol and not try to jump the queue.  Your flowers are always so lovely. :)
