It reads here as though by getting up and watching the squirrel and thinking of shopping, you have cheered yourself up somewhat. Good for you.

Ya know, I have that feeling once in while too, of not wanting to even get out of bed. However, for me, simply staying in bed is never an option! Enjoy it when you can . . .
