I do that mostly with veggies - an apple, a carrot, beets, or celery or whatever is there at the time. Love my juicer!! Going to try it with Cheerios - they are my favorite cold cereal.

That does sound good! And I almost hate to mention it but, when all that combined fruit does finally "kick in," it may have a different "end result" than you were expecting . . .

I blend Slimfast protein powder into milk with ice cubes to get the texture
a bit thicker. The powder cuts the feeling of being hungry, and it's so much faster than messing with an omelet or fried potatoes. As Naut said in a comment to me, I may need to think of less "comfort" in my food and more nutritional value. The shake thing is also much faster when I'm on a limited time budget.

Great stuff! I often toss berries together with lots of ice and skim milk and a bit of simple syrup that I always have in the fridge, though I leave out a thickener - I've still got too much 'thickener' around the middle, LOL...

I like making nutritious drinks with fruits and veggies and grains in my nutribullet and often do that for a quick breakfast. But today I ate a cold biscuit left over from yesterday, with my coffee.
