I love the way you keep going like the Energizer Bunny.  But, I'm glad you don't take chances.  Take care of yourself lovely lady.

Re: Naut - about changing the diet...

I'm almost always careful to include veggies, a variety, not much fat - and I knew better than to tuck in that extra slice of pie...

Now you know Pat that was too long raking. I hour would have been enough and you were  agitated by things not working out as they should. I would wait a week and get someone else to do the fix.Glad you feel better though.

Pat

Joe's 'non-show' is one thing, but that A-Fib business is something else entirely, and should be taken seriously! I don't want to sound preachy (I'm doing enough of that in 'Views', LOL), but have you ever considered changing your diet? From North American 'comfort food' to, maybe, Mediterranean? Even though I don't have any probs (*knocking on wood) I've made that switch a few years ago and it's helped keep me in shape...

It doesn't matter how the yard looks,

not compared to your health, and presence in the communities you've made home.

And Joe could use some English lessons: language is to communicate, not to pacify.
