Re: Justi

My stiff neck/neck pain has taken care of itself after a dose or two of glucosomine with chondroitin.  It must have been a sudden touch of arthritis.

Well I hope you have a much better day tomorrow. I just prayed for you about an hour ago. I am selfish i don't want you to leave Blogit thinking it and us have been bad to you. But seriously I do hope you will awaken with a great feeling of rest and no pain.

TAPS...

If I lie down to read and stay in that position too long, my neck stiffens right up...I find applying heat to the spot to be the best "remedy"....

It's hard to write boring posts taps...so I guess you need to get up and take occasional breathers to allow your neck to straighten for a while

You probably need a neck brace Taps, and don't laugh at any suggestion. Honestly I think it may be one of those pains that plague us when everything tightens up a bit. If you are worried phone the old quack, he probably has seen it before.

I hope that your neck feels better.

Please forgive us for writing things that require your complete attention! From now on, we'll stick to the boring stuff that you can quickly gloss over and walk away from! No more stiffness . . .

sounds like while you were sleeping a nasty little Elf slipped in with a breeze and blew cold air onto the neck...or maybe you accidently swallowed a Viagra pill......

Perhaps it was the chill after those long hot days of summer

those icy fingers crept under your collar and caught your neck muscles lollygagging...

I've had those things, never knew why they came or why they went. I hope it disappears quickly.

Uh oh, that doesn't sound very good! And before indulging in self-diagnosis (which I am prone to as well, LOL), I'd go an see a doc...And if the cause is the thinking position you adopt when reading Blogit posts, stick to those that don't require any thought - there are a few, LOL...

Well, if that's the case, I apologize for beng part of your problem! Seriously though, a stiff neck is no joke. You probably need anti-inflammation tablets - I use Motrin when it starts with me. It happens when the temperature changes, and you need to nip it in the bud, cause it just seems to get worse. If it's the same thing. I don't think you've been swallowing any Viagra, have you??
