You reallyare an amazing writer.That post was a gut breaker of laughs. I read it to Kabu and the pair of us were both rofloao. then it was just nice being on the floor. Give us more of that writing girl.

WEll done ...you have used their drivel to write an excellent post...newspaper article...whatever.
WEll good for you for sticking with them sorts. I gave up on groups 40 years ago. And when I got here the Church secretary asked if I wanted to pay $15.00 a month and join the ladies Aid....she took a peep at my face and said..."No...perhaps not!"

Well Pat we on blogit probably know how far we can go with the other guys. This site has become more for recreation than talent seeking. I expect most are happy with the status quo. I am not saying talent is not here, but one has to be pretty ruthless to succeed on some of the sites. Your writers meeting seems to be materializing into a cosy chatting session, I suppose it could be worse.

how many of us joined Blogit for the value of writing and feedback
for our writing? Instead, we got human connections, friends, inspiration... Oh, yeah... and all those pennies!
Yet, if I joined a writer's group like the one you're in there, I would also expect more of the business of the group to actually come into play.
