The poetry site on Blogit has always been one for feast or famine. When I first joined here they were having poetry contests to encourage writers to try writing poetry. I hope you never stop posting poetry.

I used all my 5 available blogs so my occasional poems
I have to fit into those, rather than have another in Poetry. I was 6 months too late, I think, for countless blogs at a minimal price.

Well I think perhaps I could have posted little antidotes about gardening Pat, like the time I was asked to provide carrots for the Queen at a ceremony. The trouble was they all had to be perfectly straight and I did not want to dig a couple of rows up to get a bunch of perfect carrots. Perhaps like me you should dig out some old poems and smarten them up.

Adnohr I must confess I cannot remember what I have written only cheeky little bits to bloggers. I did have a bit of a blow yesterday I read the obituary of someone I used to write poetry to, I try not to think about somethings.

The poem is wonderful CCT especially the first line, I thought it was fabulous. As for poetry, what can I say, it has gone the way of pros, what was once sacred is now a jurnal entry explaining the down fall of poetry day by day.

Times change - then change back again. You saved yourself with the comment about the frost, seeing this is a gardening site. Not that I noticed - I wonder when I looked in there and found you? You"re in my favorites, so it really doesn't matter what category you belong to, I'll find you anyway. Nostalgie in the poem...lonliness.

I wouldn't worry too much over certain contributions in the various blogs. Sometimes, when you least expect it -wham!- there's a bunch! Remember, "When it reigns, it poors!" Oh wait, that's "When it rains, it pours!" Sorry! I was thinking of our government again . . .
