The way the people are kept ignorant smacks of how the Roman Catholic priests held Quebec's population for such a long time. They were not as brutal, as in life threatening, but did an excellent job of threatening souls. Fortunately that era is over here; people are educated and aware, something that is needed in the Muslim countries too, but not likely to be allowed by the Islamic power-hungry leaders. It has come so far that we can neither pity nor laugh at the Muslim population - we need to take steps to protect our own way of life.

because as a believer in yeshua i try to walk in love means that i care...
so i read your profile "naut" and you would appear to be a coward in hiding. you would appear to take one side (muslim of whatever ilk, forgive me of my ignorance i am JUST BEGINNING to wake up and LISTEN) or you are siding with the christians but you're too afraid of losing your own life. who knows? maybe you are CALLED to live the way you do so that others... like myself and my fellow bloggers might either get signaled out and slaughtered (so be it) if we make ourselves too vocal and known... you obviously have mastered programming with your little tick tock clock right in our individual time zones and everything... when will YOU come out of the closet and anounce yourself... for i am not ashamed of the gospel, it is the good news of jesus christ my Lord.... if you really want to know what's happening in america it's all about following those who are LISTENING with their ear to the ground... we're VERY FAT (literally) and VERY SAD AND LONELY here... we're isolated by our almighty dollar bills and our automobiles and we cry, and we cry, and we cry. we're in too much pain to take a REALISTIC view of what's happening in muslim areas... it's not because we do not care... we'd give our lives in a heart beat... we send missionaries to muslim countries... indeed we pray for the 10/40 latitude and longitude "window" of the unsaved world and are praying and working our fingers to the bone to reach the lost, dying world for christ... islam is repressive and evil and yet to try and fight it with a sword or with bombs and guns is not the answer... ephesians says, "we wrestle not with flesh and blood but against principalities in the heavenly places." the fight is not against sisters and brothers, it's between God and Satan... Angels and Demons... and God is winning. Indeed He stripped Satan of His ultimate power at the cross and when He was resurrected from the dead. Jesus is alive at the right hand of the father and it's the Holy Spirit, the third person of the trinity that is poured out into any man or woman, boy or girls hearts who ask Him in. This is the truth. Ask and you will receive. May you know the Truth (Jesus) and He will set you free. Come out of the dark "Naut," who are you hiding from? It is not how blind the west is, its how the west was blinded by its own media and yet we still watch...What to heck is wrong with us? We would be better off to read the British news papers.

the western press seems to have a very skewd interpretation of the world...
it seems we only have famous actors and others who've heard about and are appalled at the REAL issues and who have the GAUL to go in and protest these murderous men and women who are doing these things in the name of religion.
unlike what it sounds like muhammed was, jesus made it very difficult to follow him. he even says if you've even LOOKED at a woman with lust in your heart you are guilty, but what was he REALLY saying? he knew that many would walk away that day and they did, but he also knew they would come back after the Holy Spirit had been poured out on Pentecost which empowered the TRUE BELIEVER IN JESUS/YESHUA MESSIAH to walk not under the LAW, but under HIS BLOOD BOUGHT GRACE.
TRUE christians will never kill those who've gone apostate but will simply pray and do their best within their power to lovingly persuade the "lost" to or back to the "loving arms of christ."
The past hundred years have seen more christian martyrs than any time before. jesus himself said that a student is not above his/her master. so if need be we will sing songs of worship and rejoicing as we go to our martyred deaths rather than pick up swords and fight.... and they'll know we are christians by our love. thank you for such a good post, i will look for your name and blogs and read them diligently.
