Good thinking Judy don't forget blackberries. We always used to make elderberry cordial , but don't seem to see many around these days.

My wife and I try to eat some fruit every day! Our favorites are apples, bananas, grapes, cantaloupe and strawberries . . . in any form!

great info...diabetes is on both sides of my family and my mom already has it...she doesnt like any of the 3....but i do!
