I remember when air conditioning was considered a luxury...we didn't get it until late sixties

Neat! I really like Violetta's summer bed, and she obviously does too...

The pictures of your kitty are so relaxing to look at, and she looks
so comfortable there. The flowers are lovely, too. Thank you and thanks to CCT for inspiring you. :)

Re: Kabu,
Cats know what they like... not always what they want, though.

Re: CCT,
I do exactly the same... take lots of shots, and toss the poor ones, keep and show off the best. And, no, pros should not compete with amateurs. It's tacky.
You do take some nice photos! My photo-editing program that came built into my laptop, allows me to play with the exposure, crop, straighten, and other useful actions. Mostly, I reduce the Highlights and raise the Contrast a little, sometimes raise or lower 'shadow' and occasionally adjust the Brightness. If you have access to a simple photo processing program, it might not have all four, but probably has an 'auto-contrast' option. That one can bring out the best in a photo, though sometimes it is just not the thing. Luckily, there's usually a 'revert to original' option. I know this all sounds like work, but it's kind of a thrill when a photo goes from okay to wow!
That must be a big flowerpot or a very small duvet.

Very nice Ciel actually I have made my cat a bed shaped like your contraption I used a duvet and a large flower pot, she seems to like curling up in there. You are amazing with your photography. Shh, I just take several photos and pick out the better ones. My sister was grumbling at the local village show she won several prizes last year, but this year a professional scooped the lot. Not really cricket is it now.
