It is so true - each person seems to be one or the other. Unfortunate that your sis doesn't seem to understand that you are the other.

It is a great thing for those of us who despise working the night shift when our body is shutting down and we still have to try and stay awake anyway.  We will have to do it less when some of you are around!

I too am a night person doing all and everything to change that has been a fruitless effort. I know what you go through. My first husband divorced me once (he did it more than once) because I would not cook his breakfast before he had to go to work in the morning. He got the divorce on those grounds which shows you how not normal you and I are, at least to others. Love ya.

Night Nurses are wonderful creatures. They always worked the shift that I couldn't manage very well.

You is the way you is....nothing like a Sister to try and change you about...we is too old to be bothered.

I understand completely! Because I'm a creature of the day as much as you are a denizen of the night! That doesn't mean that my days never stretch into the wee hours of the morning...

Go back to sleep Taps, I could be a sleep person anytime of the day especially if I do not particularly want to attend a wearisome function.

Being a night owl is my natural tendency too.

It's not like we have any control over the rising or setting of the sun,

or the circadian rhythms that bring us singing to the window or lull us into slumber. Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, or something to that effect. It's a non-issue on Blogit when each and every one can read and write during their own peak times. I hope your sis gets over her huff, but whatcha gonna do - it is what it is.
