- Go to Meat Loaf: It's not just for breakfast any more.
I like tofu, more and more so since we've had a Japanese cook join our family and we have learned varied methods of serving it. I also like meatloaf, so will have to try your recipe.

I made some meatloaf yesterday. It's pretty good. Today I put thin slices on top of thin-crust pizza with onions and green pepper. Good stuff.

Sounds really nice....I used to feed my Son a loaf of bread when he got home from school when he was growing...Bread and jam...he still lined up for a healthy meal a couple of hours later.

Well what was it like Pat . We used to have Quorn it is getting better. It is grown in vats.
Don't you like fish, we seem to have it more and more, but of course there are many veggies in the garden at the moment a bit different in winter. I'll look out for your cheesy meal.

Pat
Sounds good - I'm always willing to try new recipes! I ain't too fond of meat loaf, but might try this in a hamburger. I generally use tofu only in stir fry or in miso soup...

Re: Mine called it pasketti
Ciel, with bison, which is less fatty than hamburger, you might want to add a bit of olive oil to make the meat loaf a bit juicier...

Mine called it pasketti
This sounds good. I wonder if it would work with ground bison. I actually have a lb of that in my freezer, and no ground beef.
