Somehow, swordfingers, I doubt that you're actually a cow!  But I guess, for some people, being named the Pork Queen is quite an honor. Not too many of them over here in Jersey though . . .

Re:

I guess it's that unspoken "spiritual" bond, Blue feathers, that many twins seem to share! Now, have you ever had both of them in the same room together but only talked to one of them? See what happens then . . .

Re:

And some people, Annicita, seem to need more personal space than others! If people were "arrested" for certain deeds or indiscretions, there would probably be very few people walking the streets . . .

Re:

That's true, lustor. I mean, you'll see people putting hats, booties, sweaters, fancy collars, etc., on their doggies, but never a wrist watch! Wouldn't it be nice if we all could go through the day without worrying what time it was . . . ?

My dad is an identical twin. They are 77 years old and both in good health. It is funny though.. when something happens with one.. the other will know about it.. instinctively and they live 700 miles from each other.

good ones....i dont know about being arrested but people would definitely be giving you your personal space!

Re:

That would be cool, adnohr, but don't forget! In Italy, like most European countries, football equates to soccer, a hundred times more popular than hockey! Actually, it would be pretty hilarious to see him come out and give any scores for any sport . . .

Re:

Are you sure, Utah? I mean, especially at a church! Won't that break some Commandment? You know, "Thou Shall Not Torture The Sibling Of A Twin By Ignoring Them During Conversation With The Other." Don't get yourself in trouble . . .

Re:

That's absolutely true, Against, whether anyone is exercising discretion or not! For every one decent show that's on, there's at least 20 or 30 that I have no idea why they're even on the air . . .

Re: Jimmy...

I believe, Rumor, they may have already done something to that effect. But in their thinking, instead of flashing a "Viewers Discretion" warning before they show them, they've just opted to not air them at all, kinda doing the thinking ( and discretion ) for us. You know, doing us a favor by keeping our little brains safe from harm! Meanwhile, well over 90% of the rest of the crap they air regularly should never be viewed . . . by anyone!

Re:

Thanks, FSI. It's strange, it's bizarre, it's funny . . . and certainly food for thought!

Re:

That sounds, C C T, almost like a contradiction in terms; an "innocent" eager to hear of killings! But those were different times! Hopefully these jokes are getting you through the day, or week . . .

Re: Jimmy

It would appear, Naut, that I may have awakened a bit of a mischievous side in you if you're now going to seek out twins to see if you can drive just one of them crazy! And I believe that most TV viewers are way beyond discretion at this point! It seems they'll just stare blankly at almost anything in front of them . . .

I think the pope one is absolutely right, but for hockey scores!

We have a pair of twins at church, I will give this a try.

I agree with your "viewer discretion" quip.  Most TV shows are junk.

Jimmy...

I'm just waiting for someone to review all the Three Stooges skits and label them all "Viewer Discretion Advised"...then the Looney Tunes will be next....

It's that man again, you remind me of a comedian that used to keep us going through the war Jimmy . Of course his jokes were not so sophisticated in those days and repeated quite often.'Can I do you now Sir?' A  favorite quote of the charwoman. Well we were more innocent in those days, just eager to hear of killings.

Jimmy

LOL! BTW, I too have always wondered about that 'viewer discretion' bit - what if the viewer ought to have but didn't exercise it, would we then have 'viewer secretion' or 'viewer discharge'? And I'm gonna start looking for twins to test that...
