LOL! Not to many boats in your neck of the woods I would imagine, although you might have some small navigable lakes around...And of course you can always get one for your bath tub, LOL...

You and my daughter both, at every decent dog-park, and in the wild meadows that never heard of leashes... Not so much on mountains with sudden 1000-foot drops.
