Hi Shelly,
Wow, that's beyond frustrating. My prayers for you continue. Thanks for the update.

That's just scary!
I know that America has different processes in place for handling things like this, but WOW! To hand over all that money and still get jerked around...that's really horrible!
I'm with everyone here - call the Attorney General, the media, a lawyer - call everyone and anyone who will protect you and get this sorted out!

It is really sad Sam, you need someone to bypass the agent and shake the motley project up.

Go ahead, call the attorney general, complain to the realty board,
hire a lawyer - AND do what Ciel said - this agent is too shady to be merely incompetent. Based on what you've written, it seems that agent is the only common denominator in all these transactions. As for Bank of America - when I closed on my house a few years back it was the first time my broker had worked with them - she said they were the most competent financial institution she'd worked with.

Ciel's suggestion and the Attorney General both sound good.

Yep - I'd go with what Ciel said, Sam. It would be no cost to you, and it's surprising how quickly things can be resolved when bad publicity is a threat!

Many TV stations that have regular local news
have a problem solver. They really know how to get action when someone is just screwing around.
