Poor little Toby, I think that he will rely on the kind Lady to ensure he gets the food and water that he needs. Ypu write so well. even a rabbit suspense story is a great read.

Oh my, poor Toby. Bunnies are so cute, and so far down on the food chain that they have few defenses. Love the way your write it - all of a sudden I was a rabbit, with rabbity feelings and fears while reading your post.

But that brave lady put a saucer of water and some lettuce leaves down for bunny.
When wolf was locked in for the night bunny nibbled and had a nice drink. I would not mind a carrot he thought.
