Re: Beleive me, Doc, you'd love it. It's great exercise,

but at moments like these it's dreamy and peaceful.

Re: Well, that's what it's like near the shore. I also enjoy just

drifting with my eyes closed out in the middle of the lake... very restful.  When autumn comes, the kayak offers spectacular views.

Re: FSI, I wish you COULD be there. It's so relaxing just to glide.

Re: Crocs? Please, this was a civilized American lake,

not one of your malarial English trout streams with perils at every turn.  It's the 20-foot man-eating anacondas I worry about.  They attacked and ate a family, two young girls and a garbage truck just last week.  But I keep going back.

I'm sure life was very busy - I understand.

Re: Thanks, Annicita. I don't always leave a note, but I enjoyed

your piece the other day about the Library at Alexandria.  I didn't realize there was modern one - the details were fascintating!

Re: I don't know. It just seemed right. It's one of my most memorable

experiences with the little boat.

If it's at the end would it still be called a title? The poem does justice to the wonderful experience of kayaking.
