Sad events! The good thing is that your daughter will get over her disappointment. Guaranteed!

Well, a nice Friday sounds like it may make up for the rest of that week, but now what about Saturday . . .?

Sad. Relax and recharge.

You have definitely had a trying week!  It is so sad that people pass away and no one follows up with them till days after they have died.  And no family to care for them..

It has to get better than this....a couple of very sad deaths ....and yes that first love when it dies hurts so much...AND breaking up during Summer. That happened to me when I was a teenager and it is the pits. All our set used to meet at the beach...One needed their boyfriend ...LOL..

Well looks like your daughter was lucky, a little heartbreak now is better than a life of misery. Girls are pretty resilient, I don't think boys are quite as clever,

I would like to express my condolences about your children's aunt and your neighbor.

Wow that was a tough week.  I hope your Friday was much better

It will be good for you both, and distract daughter some from thinking about the breakup. Sad about the neighbor, and the young aunt who passed on.

Blue_feathers...

Yes, by all means enjoy the day...you have had "one of those weeks" you'd just as soon forget, but put it as much out of your mind as you can and tell your daughter to do the same, and just have a good day together...

Enjoy your girl's day, after the week you've had, you deserve it!
