I use my cellphone time or my solar watch as the time while other clocks I use as a guideline. I find many clocks over time eventually get out of sync. My mother's clock is set every so often, but within a few weeks always gets to be about fifteen minutes off. She tried having it fixed to no avail.

I just go by the one on my cell phone and pay little attention to the others.

That's really true. Time really is relative. But as far as all those clocks are concerned, as a general "guide," I usually set all of my clocks to my cell phone time, just to make things a little easier . . .
