This happened to me when I applied for Social Security Diability and I ended up going with a company that consists of people who used to work for Social Security so they know all the in's and out's of it. They are call ALLSUP if you want to pass it on to your son so they can do an appeal for him which must be done with in 60days, phone# 800-279-4357 there is a free evaluation and it does not cost him a dime unless he is awared him social security claim. They are good it is worth a try.

In some cases the legal route is the best way to go, but sometimes it may actually end up costing more than you considered, in both time and money! Then again, with some companies and organizations, just the threat of some kind of lawsuit or legal action is enough to "light a fire under them!" Hopefully, that will happen in this case . . .

I agree with Wiley... Going to a therapist will help his claim of being disable and help him cope with what can not be a pleasant state of affairs... Good luck to you and him my friend. xoxoxo

Seems to me a little therapy with a psychotherapist would be very beneficial to him and make it more possible for him to apply for benefits.
