That is true, I suffer from Computer back. Noe a cold pack for 10-15 minutes placed in the middle of your back will reduce the inflamtion greatly and then some exercises that strengthen the muscles will help too.

That may be, but sometimes people get into a "comfortable position" at their computers and don't realize the pain they may feel until well afterward. I think the best thing to do is to simply get up and walk away for a few minutes every half hour or so. Stretch those legs, stretch your back, get the circulation going again, and then sit back down . . .
