And dirt under the nails can mean exessive gardening always wear gloves or dig into soap first, but Ii am sure that you said that somewhere.

Clubbing in nails can also be a sign. I used to wonder why my doc would take my hand and look at my nails, but he was obviously onto something! Good informative post!
