Yes, I would certainly tell someone....
Its theft like this that drives the prices up on items we honestly pay for..

I don't know what I would do.
Today on the news they had a fellow that was caught shoplifting Levi's by putting on five pairs at one time, one over the other. It looked so stupid that I think I would have laughed. The top three pairs he couldn't even get snapped and the top layer he couldn't get all the way over his butt.

i would definitely tell the owner. They have so much theft and small owners can't afford the insurance.

Having owned businesses of my own and been the victim of theft many times, I would say yes I would tell the manager.
