I doubt the Social Security gives a darn whether he got evicted or not! They seem to be very insensitive to the needs of people! It's awful but those who tell the truth seem to get it in the end! sam

Oh goodness, maybe it is the type of job he is applying for that the application is different than those I have applied for. In other words he would have to lie on the application if he with held the fact that he has a bad back.

there are questions on the apps like when was your last doctors appt, have you ever been injured on a job, can you lift 50 pds etc

I don't remember ever being asked if I had any disabilities that would keep me from doing my job on the initial application. I am inclined to go along with your son in law, if they don't specifically ask don't tell!

I don't think anyone likes to lie, but sometimes, in this world, you have to do what you have to do. And ommitting certain pieces of information isn't necessarily lying . . .
