How very interesting.
You know, I had long forgotten about the party lines of my youth. We were one of four parties. We knew them all and two of the party lines had teenage boys. That made it interesting for us girls.

I used to get calls like that from a deaf student when I worked at
the university's housing office. It is strange the first time, and also interesting.
