In Australia tax is going to ensure that 1 cigarette will cost $1.00 soon...They have found that the Carbon tax isn't working and have promised so many hand outs...some one has to pay...Sigh....I think soon Australia will be almost smoke free well that will be good.

Good luck pushing that agenda! Our wonderful government will probably never get rid of any agency or policy that makes money for them . . .
